We are hiring a highly reliable and efficient Part-Time Prep Cook & Dishwasher to be a core support member of our kitchen team for our establishment in the Vinings (30339) area of Northwest Atlanta. We welcome experienced candidates from across the entire Metro Atlanta region.
• Prep Execution: Accurately and efficiently execute the daily prep list, including washing, chopping, and preparing ingredients for the line, strictly adhering to Recipe Standards.
• Dish & Sanitation: Maintain a constant flow of clean dishware, cookware, and tools.
• Receiving & Rotation: Assist with receiving deliveries, ensuring proper labeling, organization, and strict FIFO rotation for all ingredients.
• Organization & Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness and order of the dry storage, walk-in coolers, and work stations.
• Support: Provide proactive and flexible support to the line team during non-peak service times.
• Prior kitchen experience or culinary training is preferred; a high aptitude and strong work ethic are mandatory.
• Knowledge of basic knife skills and kitchen hygiene.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work assigned part-time hours.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Current Food Handler Certification is preferred. (Don't worry—we pay for your required certification and training!)
