We are hiring a highly experienced, independent Kitchen Lead for our establishment in the Vinings (30339) area of Northwest Atlanta. We welcome experienced candidates from across the entire Metro Atlanta region who are seeking a hands-on role with significant operational responsibility.
This role combines expert line cooking with full responsibility for product procurement and inventory management. This is the perfect position for a career line cook who is skilled in cost control and prefers to manage the entire BOH workflow without direct staff supervision.
Line Execution: Serve as the primary cook on the line, maintaining the highest level of speed, presentation, and consistency during high-volume service
Inventory Management: Full ownership of daily/weekly ordering and procurement for inventory and supplies
Cost Control: Maintain accurate records for Waste Tracking and adhere to strict budget goals
Specialty Pickup: Responsible for picking up specialty inventory from local vendors as needed
Receiving & Rotation: Responsible for receiving all orders, ensuring product quality, proper labeling, and strict FIFO rotation
Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation across all kitchen areas
2+ Years of continuous, proven high-volume line cooking experience
Demonstrated experience managing BOH Inventory, Ordering, and Receiving
Expert-level knowledge of Station Prep and adherence to Recipe Standards
Current ServSafe Certification (or immediate plan to obtain)
Must have a valid driver’s license for specialty procurement tasks
